Vix Club's Kauan Monteiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Frédson Dias in the 7th minute of play. Thanks to some nice moves Isaltino Faria could shoot a difficult shot in the 9th minute, which Damian Walcott however easily saved by the left post. If Roger Maia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In a very dangerous position, a player in Mandiocal fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 13th minute. Penalty! In the 16th minute there was a penalty for Vix Club. Carlos Augusto Fantini stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Damian Walcott. 1-0. 27 minutes into the match, Roger Maia dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Damian Walcott, 2-0. 30 minutes into the match, Mandiocal's goal looked a bit too open when Roger Maia came free, but Damian Walcott reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 40th match minute, Vix Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fernando Soeiro to maneuver through the defense. Luís Eduardo Paranaense was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 41st played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Vix Club's Isaltino Faria got a free kick in the 44th minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Roger Maia made a kick off. If Isaltino Faria had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aírton Moreira couldn't finish the play. Roger Maia struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Damian Walcott didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Vix Club. Kauan Monteiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Frédson Dias, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kauan Monteiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Frédson Dias, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. If Frédson Dias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aírton Moreira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Damian Walcott having to interfere. Kauan Monteiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Frédson Dias, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. In the 94th minute, Claudinei Domingues reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Kauan Monteiro. The goal made the score 3-1. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Vix Club had won after a very even match.
