The supporters of Pirangy FC booed when Mabedery was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wanderson Cardozo didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Valdir Secco made a kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 57th minute, Oswaldo Vieira managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mabedery's supporters rose to their feet, but Oswaldo Vieira was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Matheus Gerber breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Pedro Augusto de Queiroz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Oswaldo Vieira managed to get in a good position for a shot. When Charles Paraense fell near the penalty area in the 68th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Mabedery's protests and gave Charles Paraense a yellow card for diving instead. Valdir Secco recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 80 minutes into the match, Oswaldo Vieira notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Pirangy FC's Matheus Gerber. Matheus Gerber was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Agnaldo Bittencourt's late challenge caught a Mabedery's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Agnaldo Bittencourt helped the player get up and apologised. 84 minutes into the game, one of Pirangy FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave Mabedery a penalty, 86 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Edgard Palmeira, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Pirangy FC's Matheus Gerber. 5-0. Valdir Secco blasted a shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Vágner Pena having to make a save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Valdir Secco in the 97th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vágner Pena prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Mabedery fans cheered their team off the field, for while Pirangy FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
