With a couple of smart ball manuevers Paulo José Mello in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alex Cooper saved Calabar from getting behind. In the 20th minute, Paulo José Mello left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Pococs fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Gabriel Prata didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Osvaldo Velloso went, in the 26th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Raí Cunha to make the kick off. But to his dismay, Álvaro Marinho quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-1. Paulo José Mello fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alex Cooper having to interfere. 6-1 became the score in the 73rd minute when Enrique Souto elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Roberto Donatello kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match.
