Hamílton Neiva made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paulo José Mello in the 20th minute of play. In the 23rd minute Fernandão de Carvalho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gabriel Prata saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Valdir Teles got free with Gabriel Prata in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Paulo José Mello struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Hamílton Neiva didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pococs. Pococs's Roberto Donatello got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Paulo José Mello sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 40thth minute of the game João Pedro Alcântara who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Santana FC's Hamílton Neiva was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Abelardo Salles kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. In the 44th minute of the match Luiz Eduardo Leão sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gabriel Prata skillfully saved the ball. Valdir Teles could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 47th minute of the match, but Gabriel Prata made a huge save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Roberto Donatello during the 66th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Pococs getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Roberto Donatello hit a great ball. Pococs's Sidnei Veiga got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 71st play minutes João Pedro Alcântara shot 2-3, a short shot which went by Hamílton Neiva and just under the crossbar into goal. When João Pedro Alcântara came up free with the goalie in the 78th minute, the Pococs fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that João Pedro Alcântara couldn't finish the play. Valdir Teles hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. Roberto Donatello fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hamílton Neiva having to interfere. João Pedro Alcântara kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. João Pedro Alcântara who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 85thth minute tested the skills of Hamílton Neiva when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Pococs were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
