Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Vicente Gonçalves made the kick off which started today's match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Vitinho Porto got free with João Adolfo Dracena in the 4th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Durvalino Aparecido charged in rather forcefully in the 6th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Durvalino Aparecido the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Durvalino Aparecido hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. João Adolfo Dracena was a little too slow when Durvalino Aparecido got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 9th minute. The score was now 1-0. Vitinho Porto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. João Adolfo Dracena tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. SóCanelas's Durvalino Aparecido got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 18 minutes into the match, Vicente Gonçalves had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of João Adolfo Dracena. The referee ignored SóCanelas's protests and gave Vitinho Senna a yellow card for diving instead. After some careless play in the São Paulo Futebol Clube defense, Vicente Gonçalves kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of João Adolfo Dracena. The São Paulo Futebol Clube fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that João Adolfo Dracena should have stopped the shot. When Vicente Gonçalves came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the SóCanelas fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vicente Gonçalves couldn't finish the play. After 80 played minutes SóCanelas got a freekick which was hit by Diamantino Damião. Vitinho Porto struck a weak shot in the 85th minute. João Adolfo Dracena didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SóCanelas. The SóCanelas fans' excitement grew in the 87th match minute when SóCanelas's Vitinho Porto looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 5-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. SóCanelas's Vitinho Porto got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 94 minutes of play, SóCanelas's Vitinho Porto made it 6-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. João Adolfo Dracena was left in no man's land by his defense there! There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. SóCanelas fully deserved thier win.
