Spectators: 7052 (Terracing: 5427, Seating: 1600, VIP seats: 25) Malandramente's Ian Garcia started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Ian Garcia charged in rather forcefully in the 7th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ian Garcia the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 7 played minutes Malandramente got a freekick which was hit by Ian Garcia. With a little luck, Espera's Jerônimo Machado got control of the ball when Moisés Rezende tried to sneak it across the goal line. Luizinho Albuquerque blasted a shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ediberto Sena having to make a save. In the 16th play minute Moisés Rezende came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Jerônimo Machado. 1-0. In the 19th minute Ian Garcia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jerônimo Machado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 20 minutes into the match, Malandramente's goal looked a bit too open when Ennio Reali came free, but Ediberto Sena reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 25 minutes into the game, Luís Paulo Couto was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Malandramente's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Espera the free kick. After 25 played minutes Malandramente got a freekick which was hit by Luís Paulo Couto. Jerônimo Machado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luís Paulo Couto in the 27th minute of play. Jerônimo Machado was out of position in the 28 minute of play, and Ian Garcia capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Ian Garcia really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. Ediberto Sena made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ennio Reali in the 38th minute of play. If Moisés Rezende had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luizinho Albuquerque scored 2-1 in the 46th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ediberto Sena, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.

Jerônimo Machado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Moisés Rezende, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With his leg Ediberto Sena managed to avoid a goal in the 55thth minute, when Espera's Ennio Reali fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Jerônimo Machado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Moisés Rezende in the 58th minute of the match. Luizinho Albuquerque received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Ediberto Sena tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. José Aguiar's late challenge caught a Espera's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. José Aguiar helped the player get up and apologised. José Aguiar hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. Malandramente's Ediberto Sena played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luizinho Albuquerque in the 67th minute of play. 72 minutes into the game, Ennio Reali recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ediberto Sena. Ennio Reali showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-2. Ediberto Sena came out of the goal in the 76th minute to try and stop a shot by Espera's Luizinho Albuquerque. But to his dismay, Luizinho Albuquerque quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. Luizinho Albuquerque received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Ediberto Sena tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luizinho Albuquerque recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Luizinho Albuquerque sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 90th minute, Espera's Ennio Reali ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Ediberto Sena. Ediberto Sena yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-4. When the final whistle sounded Espera left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Malandramente.
