Belmiro Linhares sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 9 played minutes Intersteam got a freekick which was hit by Jorginho da Mata. A collision led to ScarMoura FC - Goodbye MZ getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Kléber Vidal hit a great ball. Ricardinho Domingues fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without José Pedro Dionísio having to interfere. Márcio Sanches made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luiz Fabiano Matorin in the 29th minute of play. In the 32nd match minute, ScarMoura FC - Goodbye MZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Belmiro Linhares to maneuver through the defense. Luiz Fabiano Matorin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 37 minutes into the match, ScarMoura FC - Goodbye MZ's goal looked a bit too open when Wanderson Maia came free, but Márcio Sanches reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 38 minutes into the match, Intersteam's Wanderson Maia sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Márcio Sanches narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as ScarMoura FC - Goodbye MZ's Felipe de Castro slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of José Pedro Dionísio. That made the score 1-1 after 40 minutes of play. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The wind increased when Wanderson Maia made the kick off in the second half. Vágner Munhoz kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. José Pedro Dionísio stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Felipe de Castro's shot from short distance in the 54th minute. André Luís Gonçalves hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. Márcio Sanches stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Wanderson Maia's shot from short distance in the 66th minute. In the 69th minute, Ronaldo Abraão hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 70th minute, Reinaldo Tinoco sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and ScarMoura FC - Goodbye MZ's Márcio Sanches didn't even have to move. 2-1 became the score in the 72nd minute when Felipe de Castro elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 75th minute, Felipe de Castro managed to get in a good position for a shot. ScarMoura FC - Goodbye MZ's supporters rose to their feet, but Felipe de Castro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. José Pedro Dionísio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 76th minute, Jorginho da Mata hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 77th minute, Felipe de Castro ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. José Pedro Dionísio was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. Fernandinho de Barros charged in rather forcefully in the 80th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Fernandinho de Barros the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, ScarMoura FC - Goodbye MZ's Fernandinho de Barros got a free kick in the 80th minute. Felipe de Castro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Belmiro Linhares received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. José Pedro Dionísio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wanderson Maia in the 94th minute of play forced ScarMoura FC - Goodbye MZ's goalkeeper Márcio Sanches to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Felipe de Castro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but José Pedro Dionísio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 97th minute of play. ScarMoura FC - Goodbye MZ's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
