In the 14th minute, Maurinho Nogueira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alexsandro Santos's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but José Pedro Dionísio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 20th minute of play. José Pedro Dionísio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alexsandro Santos in the 22nd minute of the match. 23 minutes into the game, one of Intersteam:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Hermínio Donatellos short, quick shot in the 27thth minute got José Pedro Dionísio to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. José Pedro Dionísio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Betão de Mendonça, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Urai AD's Alexsandro Santos in the 31st minute got a chance for a shot 31st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Betão de Mendonça dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. 39 minutes into the match, Hermínio Donatello dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of José Pedro Dionísio, 2-0. After 43 minutes of play, Urai AD's Hermínio Donatello made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. José Pedro Dionísio was left in no man's land by his defense there! 47 minutes into the match, Urai AD's goal looked a bit too open when Wanderson Maia came free, but Gil de Barros reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

Intersteam's José Pedro Dionísio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hermínio Donatello in the 52nd minute of play. Reinaldo Tinoco charged in rather forcefully in the 52nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Reinaldo Tinoco the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 51 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. In the 63rd minute of the match Rafael Perez sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but José Pedro Dionísio skillfully saved the ball. In the 66th minute Alexsandro Santos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but José Pedro Dionísio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hermínio Donatello received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. José Pedro Dionísio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jorginho da Mata kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hermínio Donatello in the 74th minute of play forced Intersteam's goalkeeper José Pedro Dionísio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 75th minute, Alexsandro Santos ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. José Pedro Dionísio was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. Hermínio Donatello might have been able to make a better finish in the 80th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over José Pedro Dionísio. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Hermínio Donatello ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 82nd minute, Hermínio Donatello made a precise shot to the right of José Pedro Dionísio. Intersteam's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0.
