Oséas Favoretto kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. If Ramiro Pereira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With an all-out effort, Los Más FC's Fausto Lima threw himself towards the right post 19 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Oséas Favoretto, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. When FC Jundiahy Giants's Ramiro Pereira in the 21st minute got a chance for a shot 21st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Jailson de Almeida showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. When the match clock showed 28 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Ramiro Pereira sped through Los Más FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Abelardo Araújo. In the 32nd match minute, FC Jundiahy Giants was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rubens Barral to maneuver through the defense. Fausto Lima made an important save on a dangerous shot by Oséas Favoretto in the 41st minute. In the 44th minute Ramiro Pereira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abelardo Araújo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Oséas Favoretto could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 47th minute of the match, but Fausto Lima made a huge save. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Ramiro Pereira made the kick off in the second half. Abelardo Araújo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ramiro Pereira in the 53rd minute of the match. In the 55th match minute, Los Más FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Geovani Neves to maneuver through the defense. Abelardo Araújo acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 56th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Ramiro Pereira. FC Jundiahy Giants were furious when Germano Koehler was red carded, 58 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After 57 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for FC Jundiahy Giants! With a little luck, Los Más FC's Abelardo Araújo got control of the ball when Rubens Barral tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpected shot in the 64th minute by Paulão Vander got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. 70 minutes into the match, Los Más FC's goal looked a bit too open when Rubens Barral came free, but Abelardo Araújo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Paulão Vander received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Abelardo Araújo came out and tried to block the shot, but Paulão Vander slotted it home off the left post making it 2-3 in the 73rd minute. Edinho Amaral charged in rather forcefully in the 78th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Edinho Amaral the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, FC Jundiahy Giants's Rubens Barral got a free kick in the 84th minute. Fausto Lima showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jailson de Almeida, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. Abelardo Araújo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paulão Vander in the 96th minute of the match. Rubens Barral received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Abelardo Araújo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. FC Jundiahy Giants's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
