Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Erik Krovina kicked off to start the match. The supporters of Viadutos FC booed when Pequizeiro was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edgard Cavalcante didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mané do Valle got free with Edgard Jayvier in the 5th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 6 played minutes Pequizeiro got a freekick which was hit by Tarcisio Maciel. After some fancy dribbling in the 7th minute, Daniel Luz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Viadutos FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Daniel Luz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Edgard Jayvier breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Mané do Valle in the 12thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Edgard Jayvier, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 15th minute, Waldir Hoffmann hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 17 minutes into the game, Agnaldo das Neves was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Viadutos FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pequizeiro the free kick. Erik Krovina recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jonas Garcia's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Walmir Ortiz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 20th minute of play. In the 24th minute, Mané do Valle left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Viadutos FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. If Erik Krovina had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Erik Krovina came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the Pequizeiro fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Erik Krovina couldn't finish the play. After 44 minutes, Waldir Hoffmann mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Viadutos FC and the Pequizeiro players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 44 played minutes Viadutos FC got a freekick which was hit by Waldir Hoffmann. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mazinho Guedes during the 48th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Mazinho Guedes kicked well hit freekick during the 49th minute of the match.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mané do Valle to make the kick off. In the 55th minute, Pequizeiro's José Carlos de Godoi seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed José Carlos de Godoi the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Pequizeiro protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and José Carlos de Godoi had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Walmir Ortiz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Viadutos FC's Mané do Valle in the 63rd minute got a chance for a shot 63rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Pequizeiro's goalie prevented a goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mané do Valle in the 66th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Edgard Jayvier prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The crowd rose to their feet as Pequizeiro's Tiago Gabriel Magalhães slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Walmir Ortiz. That made the score 2-1 after 76 minutes of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mané do Valle in the 82nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Edgard Jayvier prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Mazinho Guedes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Walmir Ortiz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Viadutos FC were victorious despite being under pressure from Pequizeiro for much of the match.
