In the 27thth minute of the game Gustavo Amorim who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but C.A. Só o Pó F.C.'s Rômulo Paulista was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. André Luís Pitta hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. Roberto Dias fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rômulo Paulista having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 38th minute, Gustavo Amorim managed to get in a good position for a shot. Salles AD's supporters rose to their feet, but Gustavo Amorim was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rômulo Paulista breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Salles AD booed when C.A. Só o Pó F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alessandro Xavier didn't get a good kick on the ball. Salles AD's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Gustavo Amorim in the 41st minute. Gustavo Amorim made a great header on Salles AD's corner, it was just that C.A. Só o Pó F.C.'s Rômulo Paulista managed to reach the ball for a save. After some careless play in the C.A. Só o Pó F.C. defense, Gustavo Amorim kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rômulo Paulista. The C.A. Só o Pó F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rômulo Paulista should have stopped the shot. Rômulo Paulista stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Roberto Dias's shot from short distance in the 89th minute. If Roberto Dias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 94 minutes, Willian Furlan made it 3-0 with a short kick to the right side. C.A. Só o Pó F.C.'s Rômulo Paulista tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Salles AD's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
