Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Ademar Monteiro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Arnaldo Passos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ademar Monteiro was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 11th minute. CR Ryzers's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. A collision led to CR Ryzers getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Pedro Luís Pires hit a great ball. After having played for 19 minutes, André Luiz Castro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Uari AD's supporters crossed their fingers, but André Luiz Castro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Ademar Monteiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. André Luiz Castro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Geovanni Veloso having to interfere. Geovanni Veloso made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Arnaldo Passos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pedro Luís Pires in the 38th minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for André Luiz Castro to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute André Luiz Castro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Geovanni Veloso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Uari AD's Erasmo Breckenfeld got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. André Luiz Castro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If André Luiz Castro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 61st minute the ball was on its way in behind CR Ryzers's goalkeeper Geovanni Veloso, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The nice shot from Erasmo Breckenfeld in the 65thth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Geovanni Veloso had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. Geovanni Veloso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from André Luiz Castro in the 66th minute of the match. Ademar Monteiro scored 1-1 in the 71st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Arnaldo Passos, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Pedro Luís Pires kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. When André Luiz Castro came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the Uari AD fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that André Luiz Castro couldn't finish the play. Geovanni Veloso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from André Luiz Castro in the 79th minute of play. Erasmo Breckenfeld struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. Geovanni Veloso didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Uari AD. Erasmo Breckenfelds short, quick shot in the 83rdth minute got Geovanni Veloso to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Pedro Luís Pires received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Arnaldo Passos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Arnaldo Passos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ademar Monteiro in the 90th minute of play. Arnaldo Passos didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ademar Monteiro went, in the 94th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. For all the effort they put into the match, the Uari AD players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for CR Ryzers.
