But to his dismay, Célio Lago quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. A collision led to Nacional getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. William Pontes hit a great ball. The supporters of €tílicos SELLING OUT booed when Nacional was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nacional's Enio Bertassi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vivaldo Faria in the 70th minute of play. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Nacional. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Nacional eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
