Spectators: 7248 (Terracing: 5437, Seating: 1667, VIP seats: 144) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. César Pernambucano started the match with the kick off. Cipriano Brasil blasted a shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Natã Mangueira having to make a save. In the 16th minute, Durval Gonçalves hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 21 minutes, Enio Tande made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. Bage's Kristijonas Juozapavičius tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. César Pernambucano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Natã Mangueira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 27th minute, Gustavo Leão ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Natã Mangueira was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. After 30 minutes of play, Carvalhos's Enio Tande made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Kristijonas Juozapavičius was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Amauri Secco came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the Carvalhos fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Amauri Secco couldn't finish the play. Gustavo Leão received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Natã Mangueira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 39 minutes into the match, Carvalhos's Amauri Secco sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Kristijonas Juozapavičius narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Amauri Secco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Kristijonas Juozapavičius tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Carvalhos's Enio Tande in the 43rd minute got a chance for a shot 43rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Bage's goalie prevented a goal. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Enio Tande was the one to do the kick off. Amauri Secco was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 54th minute. Carvalhos's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Bage's Kristijonas Juozapavičius proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 57th minute of the match, managed to save Bage from getting a goal against them. When Gustavo Leão came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the Bage fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gustavo Leão couldn't finish the play. Amauri Secco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Kristijonas Juozapavičius tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A hard shot 62 in the game by Enio Tande from a close distance when the talented Kristijonas Juozapavičius managed to make a qualified save. Bage's players were relieved. Natã Mangueira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gustavo Leão, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Amauri Secco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 74th minute, Bage's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Douglas Dante fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Carvalhos's Enio Tande got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Carvalhos's Natã Mangueira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by César Pernambucano in the 80th minute of play. Nando Toledo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Kristijonas Juozapavičius tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Enio Tandes short, quick shot in the 86thth minute got Kristijonas Juozapavičius to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Amauri Secco might have been able to make a better finish in the 87th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Kristijonas Juozapavičius. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Amauri Secco ran back to his position shaking his head. Kristijonas Juozapavičius took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Enio Tande, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Natã Mangueira came out of the goal in the 95th minute to try and stop a shot by Bage's César Pernambucano. But to his dismay, César Pernambucano quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2.
