The referee showed Romário Bertassi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Sem Futuro Futebol Clube getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Nestor Fontes hit a great ball. In the 40th minute Sidnei da Mata shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Geovânio Perez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With his leg Geovânio Perez managed to avoid a goal in the 42ndth minute, when Sem Futuro Futebol Clube's Sidnei da Mata fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

Geovânio Perez didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sidnei da Mata went, in the 78th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. 86 minutes into the match, Sem Futuro Futebol Clube's goal looked a bit too open when Nelsinho Gonçalves came free, but Silverio Frederico reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nelsinho Gonçalves got free with Silverio Frederico in the 88th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, Sem Futuro Futebol Clube's Iustin Nedelcu got a free kick in the 90th minute. Lorenz Masas hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
