Gifters Predations's Spencer Hopson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rafael de Lima in the 43rd minute of play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Ricardinho Santana made the kick off in the second half. If Ricardinho Santana had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 53 minutes into the match, Gifters Predations's Ricardinho Santana sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pedro Augusto Toledo narrowly saved just below the crossbar.
