Spectators: 5050 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 50) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Cacá Maranhense took the kick off in the first half of the match. 3 minutes into the game, Onca EC's Wilson Freitas nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Roberto de Lima made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Wesley Vander took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dedé Rosado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Roberto de Lima made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cacá Maranhense in the 9th minute of play. Roberto de Lima showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cacá Maranhense, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. Wilson Freitas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Roberto de Lima tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Wilson Freitas came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the Onca EC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Wilson Freitas couldn't finish the play. Glacial F.C.'s Roberto de Lima played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cacá Maranhense in the 36th minute of play. In the 40th minute, Eusébio Damião hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Wilson Freitas took the ball and in the 46 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Roberto de Lima. Roberto de Lima dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

After a rather tough play, Glacial F.C.'s Augusto Linares got a free kick in the 53rd minute. Roberto de Lima made an important save on a dangerous shot by Wilson Freitas in the 55th minute. After some careless play in the Onca EC defense, Dedé Rosado kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Wesley Vander. The Onca EC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Wesley Vander should have stopped the shot. With his leg Roberto de Lima managed to avoid a goal in the 63rdth minute, when Onca EC's Wilson Freitas fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Vinícius Jacinto during the 63rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Onca EC booed when Glacial F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vinícius Jacinto didn't get a good kick on the ball. Wesley Vander showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dedé Rosado in the 73rd minute of the match. Dedé Rosado recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Wesley Vander came out of the goal in the 83rd minute to try and stop a shot by Glacial F.C.'s Dedé Rosado. But to his dismay, Dedé Rosado quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. If Erik Alvarenga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Cacá Maranhense had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Zé Roberto Rezende kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. The Glacial F.C. supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Onca EC's performance. The match ended with a win for Onca EC.
