A collision led to Manster Laion getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Oswaldo Donatello hit a great ball. 4 minutes into the game, Glacial F.C.'s Erik Alvarenga nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Luizinho Pena made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Erik Alvarenga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luizinho Pena having to interfere. Erik Alvarenga recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 13 minutes into the game, Zé Roberto Rezende was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Glacial F.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Manster Laion the free kick. In the 13th minute, Zé Roberto Rezende hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After recieving a nice pass, Manster Laion's Luís Fabiano Fernandez tried to score from far away in the 14th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. If Marcus Souto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Roberto de Lima made a fantastic save in the 17th minute, when Zé Terra sent off a good shot on target. 19 minutes into the match, Dedé Rosado had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Luizinho Pena. Manster Laion's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dedé Rosado was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. 24 minutes into the game, Marcus Souto recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Roberto de Lima. Marcus Souto showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. Zé Terra received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Roberto de Lima tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Manster Laion's Marcus Souto in the 31st minute got a chance for a shot 31st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Glacial F.C.'s goalie prevented a goal. After 40 played minutes Manster Laion got a freekick which was hit by Henrique Fantini. In the 43rd minute of the match Glacial F.C. got a corner. Manster Laion's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Roger Salles ran over to the corner to take the kick. Glacial F.C.'s Júnior Amaral was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Luizinho Pena in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After a rather tough play, Manster Laion's Dênis Mendes got a free kick in the 44th minute. Erik Alvarenga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luizinho Pena having to interfere. After 46 played minutes Manster Laion got a freekick which was hit by Henrique Fantini.

56 minutes into the match, Manster Laion's goal looked a bit too open when Dedé Rosado came free, but Luizinho Pena reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Glacial F.C. getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Vinícius Jacinto hit a great ball. In the 69thth minute of the game Marcus Souto who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Glacial F.C.'s Roberto de Lima was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Manster Laion's Marcus Souto got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 71st minute, Zé Terra got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 73rd match minute, Glacial F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Augusto Linares to maneuver through the defense. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Duda Vinhas during the 78th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Manster Laion booed when Glacial F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Duda Vinhas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Zé Roberto Rezende hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. Roberto de Lima showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcus Souto in the 83rd minute of the match. After having played for 86 minutes, Zé Terra managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Manster Laion's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zé Terra was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Erik Alvarenga's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Luizinho Pena read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 88th minute of play. Glacial F.C.'s Vinícius Jacinto got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 97 minutes, Dedé Rosado managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Glacial F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Dedé Rosado was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Glacial F.C. eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
