Spectators: 7159 (Terracing: 5534, Seating: 1575, VIP seats: 50) EC ANDRADINA's Betinho Soares started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a rather tough play, Gotham City's Paulo José Fernandez got a free kick in the 4th minute. Betinho Soares fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Faustão Carneiro having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Frank Rocha got free with Baltazar Cosme in the 7th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Frank Rocha received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Baltazar Cosme tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 15th minute, Gil do Nascimento fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Baltazar Cosme, passed just outside the right post. Gil do Nascimento received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Baltazar Cosme tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luan Ferraz in the 19th minute of play forced Gotham City's goalkeeper Faustão Carneiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Gil do Nascimento had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the EC ANDRADINA defense, Glauco Paranaense kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Baltazar Cosme. The EC ANDRADINA fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Baltazar Cosme should have stopped the shot. In the 26th minute, Jorge Fernandes made a precise shot to the right of Baltazar Cosme. EC ANDRADINA's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. In the 28th minute, Glauco Paranaense hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gil do Nascimento received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Baltazar Cosme tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Glauco Paranaense managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gotham City's supporters rose to their feet, but Glauco Paranaense was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Baltazar Cosme breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Frank Rocha sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 37thth minute of the game Frank Rocha who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but EC ANDRADINA's Baltazar Cosme was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Frank Rocha recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Glauco Paranaense blasted a shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Baltazar Cosme having to make a save. After some fancy dribbling in the 43rd minute, Haroldo Hermes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gotham City's supporters rose to their feet, but Haroldo Hermes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Baltazar Cosme breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in EC ANDRADINA's zone, Frank Rocha stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Baltazar Cosme came out of the goal and Frank Rocha tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jorge Fernandes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Baltazar Cosme having to interfere.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Frank Rocha to make the kick off. The audience was convinced that Frank Rocha's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Baltazar Cosme was relentless in the 56th minute of the game. After a rather tough play, EC ANDRADINA's Luan Ferraz got a free kick in the 56th minute. In the 60th minute Frank Rocha shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Baltazar Cosme saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jorge Fernandes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Baltazar Cosme having to interfere. Baltazar Cosme made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Frank Rocha in the 65th minute of play. After 68 minutes of play, Gotham City's Gil do Nascimento made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Baltazar Cosme was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 70th minute, Frank Rocha got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Frank Rocha might have been able to make a better finish in the 79th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Baltazar Cosme. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Frank Rocha ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 80th minute Jorge Fernandes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Baltazar Cosme saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jorge Fernandes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
