After some careless play in the Klose FC defense, Adilson Romero kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Paulão Barreto. The Klose FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Paulão Barreto should have stopped the shot. Adilson Romero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Paulão Barreto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 18th minute, VIEZZER F. C.'s goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Jairo Duarte fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. If Luís Fabiano Toledo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 29th minute of the match Claudinho Amorim shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Paulão Barreto showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Jairo Duarte received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Décio Quadros tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Luís Fabiano Toledo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Léo Medeiros managed to get in a good position for a shot. VIEZZER F. C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Léo Medeiros was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Paulão Barreto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in Klose FC's zone, Adilson Romero stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Paulão Barreto came out of the goal and Adilson Romero tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

In the 52nd minute, Eliézer Furtado got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Adilson Romero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paulão Barreto having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Léo Medeiros kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Paulão Barreto. That made the score 0-2 in the 55 minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adilson Romero in the 59th minute of play forced Klose FC's goalkeeper Paulão Barreto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 63rd minute, Claudinho Amorim sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Klose FC's Paulão Barreto didn't even have to move. Adilson Romero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paulão Barreto having to interfere. 68 minutes into the match, VIEZZER F. C.'s Adilson Romero sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Paulão Barreto narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Léo Medeiros sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Adilson Romero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paulão Barreto having to interfere. When the final whistle sounded VIEZZER F. C. left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Klose FC.
