Carlos Augusto Peres fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maicon Ferreira having to interfere. Fiori de Moraes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Márcio Cardozo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fiori de Moraes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Christiano Custódio in the 61st minute of play. Magarai's Fiori de Moraes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Márcio Cardozo in the 64th minute of play. After 67 minutes, Antônio Loureiro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Magarai and the Camisa 33 players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 95th minute, Júlio Ramos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Magarai were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Camisa 33 to leave the ground with a draw.
