In the 10thth minute of the game Elói Azevedo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mira AD's Pedro Luís Perez was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 11 minutes into the match, Caetano Alagoano had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Pedro Luís Perez. Mira AD's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Caetano Alagoano was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Telmo Prado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 19 minutes into the match, Mira AD's goal looked a bit too open when Caetano Alagoano came free, but Pedro Luís Perez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Iron Paradise FC's Elói Azevedo in the 24th minute got a chance for a shot 24th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Mira AD's goalie prevented a goal. If Caetano Alagoano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Iron Paradise FC's Elói Azevedo in the 27th minute got a chance for a shot 27th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Mira AD's goalie prevented a goal. When Cláudio Rocha came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the Iron Paradise FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cláudio Rocha couldn't finish the play. Pedro Luís Perez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elói Azevedo in the 30th minute of play. In the 32nd match minute, Mira AD was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Washington da Silveira to maneuver through the defense. Pedro Luís Perez stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Elói Azevedo's shot from short distance in the 34th minute. If Caetano Alagoano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Betinho Zonta scored 1-1 in the 37th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Sidney Prata, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 40 minutes into the game, Mira AD's Décio Braga nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Sidney Prata made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Telmo Prado in the 47th minute of play forced Mira AD's goalkeeper Pedro Luís Perez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The wind increased when Washington da Silveira made the kick off in the second half. Mira AD's Pedro Luís Perez proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 55th minute of the match, managed to save Mira AD from getting a goal against them. A hard shot 68 in the game by Elói Azevedo from a close distance when the talented Pedro Luís Perez managed to make a qualified save. Mira AD's players were relieved. In the 76th minute Caetano Alagoano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Luís Perez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 77thth minute of the game Washington da Silveira who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Iron Paradise FC's Sidney Prata was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Elói Azevedo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Elói Azevedo did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-2 to the left of a surprised Pedro Luís Perez 83 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Mira AD's Décio Braga got a free kick in the 85th minute. If Caetano Alagoano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Elói Azevedo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 88th minute of the match, but Pedro Luís Perez made a huge save. 89 minutes into the game, Elói Azevedo recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Pedro Luís Perez. Elói Azevedo showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-3. Pedro Luís Perez made a fantastic save in the 94th minute, when Elói Azevedo sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Décio Braga in the 96th minute of play forced Iron Paradise FC's goalkeeper Sidney Prata to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Mira AD fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Iron Paradise FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
