C.'s Tony Pinheiro got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Valério Pinheiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Caio Zonta in the 34th minute of play. Tony Paraibano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Valério Pinheiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Caio Zonta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Valério Pinheiro having to interfere. Afonsinho Toledo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Décio Vinhas in the 46th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Celsinho da Cunha got free with Afonsinho Toledo in the 48th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tony Pinheiro made a kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hermínio Ramos during the 56th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Deportivo Garra F. C. booed when Tubarão ManagerZone Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hermínio Ramos didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Caio Zonta got free with Valério Pinheiro in the 58th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A very good chance. 62 minutes into the match, Celsinho da Cunha notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Deportivo Garra F. C.'s Afonsinho Toledo.
