Gustavo Gomes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 9 minutes of play, Bacuriteua's Tião Batista made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dino Tande was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some fancy dribbling in the 12th minute, Luiz Guilherme de Moraes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Betus FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Luiz Guilherme de Moraes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Zornin Aranzabe breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The throw-in from Cléberson Salgado in the 16th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Bacuriteua's Gustavo Gomes. After some careless play in the Betus FC defense, Refik Halit Iğdırlı kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dino Tande. The Betus FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dino Tande should have stopped the shot. In the 21st minute, Gustavo Gomes made a precise shot to the right of Dino Tande. Betus FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. If Mazinho Loyola had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mazinho Loyola sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 30 minutes into the match, Mazinho Loyola notched a goal, 0-5, to the right of Betus FC's Dino Tande. Dino Tande was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Bacuriteua's Zornin Aranzabe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luiz Guilherme de Moraes in the 35th minute of play. 36 minutes into the match, Mazinho Loyola had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Dino Tande. Betus FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mazinho Loyola was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-6. Refik Halit Iğdırlı scored 0-7 in the 43rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dino Tande, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After having played for 47 minutes, Mazinho Loyola managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bacuriteua's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mazinho Loyola was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-7 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Luiz Guilherme de Moraes to strike the kick off in the second half. Osvaldo França received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Zornin Aranzabe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 57th minute, Bacuriteua's Tião Batista dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-8. In the 65th minute, Refik Halit Iğdırlı reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Dino Tande. The goal made the score 0-9. The audience thought a goal was coming when Refik Halit Iğdırlı got free with Dino Tande in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Dino Tande made an important save on a dangerous shot by Refik Halit Iğdırlı in the 70th minute. Betus FC's Dino Tande proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to save Betus FC from getting a goal against them. Mazinho Loyola recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Refik Halit Iğdırlı struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. Dino Tande didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bacuriteua. After 76 played minutes, Bacuriteua's Gustavo Gomes shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Dino Tande came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Bacuriteua reached it. With a little luck, Betus FC's Dino Tande got control of the ball when Mazinho Loyola tried to sneak it across the goal line. Refik Halit Iğdırlı sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 84thth minute of the game Mazinho Loyola who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Betus FC's Dino Tande was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Mazinho Loyola received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Dino Tande tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tião Batista fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dino Tande having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Mazinho Loyola managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bacuriteua's supporters rose to their feet, but Mazinho Loyola was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dino Tande breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Luan Peres's late challenge caught a Betus FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Luan Peres helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Bacuriteua getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Luan Peres hit a great ball. The Betus FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Bacuriteua were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
