After 62 played minutes Foz do Iguaçu FC got a freekick which was hit by Válter da Fonseca. Foz do Iguaçu FC's Sydney Cunha got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
