The supporters of Clube Atlético Indaiatuba booed when Real Minas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Oséias Vidal didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gilmar Almeida took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luisão Vianna, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gilmar Almeida showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from José Toscano in the 29th minute of the match. Luisão Vianna received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Gilmar Almeida tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A hard shot 33 in the game by José Toscano from a close distance when the talented Gilmar Almeida managed to make a qualified save. Real Minas's players were relieved. Doriva Amaral hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. A collision led to Real Minas getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Délio de Brito hit a great ball. Gabriel Lucas was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 35th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Vânderson Linhares came out of the goal in the 37th minute to try and stop a shot by Real Minas's Cristian Bueno. But to his dismay, Cristian Bueno quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Clube Atlético Indaiatuba's Gabriel Lucas couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Real Minas. Gilmar Almeida showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from José Toscano in the 46th minute of the match. Gabriel Lucas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gilmar Almeida having to interfere. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and José Toscano made a kick off. Simão Sabóia was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 51 minutes into the match. In a very dangerous position, a player in Clube Atlético Indaiatuba fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 51st minute. Penalty! In the 57th minute, Afonso Maia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Afonso Maia kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. After 66 played minutes Clube Atlético Indaiatuba got a freekick which was hit by Zé Carlos Amaral. Cristian Bueno could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 67th minute of the match, but Vânderson Linhares made a huge save. In the 67th match minute, Clube Atlético Indaiatuba was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bernardinho Nogueira to maneuver through the defense. When José Toscano came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the Clube Atlético Indaiatuba fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that José Toscano couldn't finish the play. Oséias Vidal recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Patrick Figueiredo kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. A collision led to Real Minas getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Délio de Brito hit a great ball. The audience was convinced that José Toscano's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gilmar Almeida was relentless in the 79th minute of the game. When Cristian Bueno came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the Real Minas fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cristian Bueno couldn't finish the play.
