Spectators: 7256 (Terracing: 5443, Seating: 1669, VIP seats: 144) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Alan Perez started the match with the kick off. João Vítor Proença showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alan Perez, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. Zé Neto received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. João Vítor Proença came out and tried to block the shot, but Zé Neto slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 8th minute. In the 11th minute Eriberto Simão shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wellington Borges saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Celso Vidal kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. Teodoro Salles recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 16th minute Toninho Neves shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wellington Borges saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 18th minute Alan Perez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but João Vítor Proença saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 20 played minutes Tamoata SC got a freekick which was hit by Eriberto Simão. Teodoro Salles's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Wellington Borges read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 25th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Guaranii FC's Mateus Tavares got a free kick in the 27th minute. When the match had gone on for 32 minutes, Zé Neto took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for João Vítor Proença to make any attempt to save it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ronaldinho do Nascimento in the 35th minute of play forced Guaranii FC's goalkeeper Wellington Borges to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match clock showed 38 minutes, the score became 2-1 when Teodoro Salles sped through Guaranii FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Wellington Borges. Teodoro Salles sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Wellington Borges made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Toninho Neves in the 43rd minute of play. Wellington Borges came out of the goal in the 45th minute to try and stop a shot by Tamoata SC's Eriberto Simão. But to his dismay, Eriberto Simão quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Teodoro Salles made the kick off in the second half. When Tamoata SC's Teodoro Salles in the 52nd minute got a chance for a shot 52nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Guaranii FC's goalie prevented a goal. Guaranii FC's Wellington Borges played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Toninho Neves in the 53rd minute of play. Wellington Borges didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 54th minute, which inside left pole to 2-3. In the 61st minute, Kaká Hoffmann made a precise shot to the right of Wellington Borges. Guaranii FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-4. Clemente Ortiz kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. Ronaldinho do Nascimento sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The supporters of Tamoata SC booed when Guaranii FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mateus Tavares didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ronaldinho do Nascimento received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Wellington Borges tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Teodoro Salles had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 72nd minute, Teodoro Salles made a precise shot to the right of Wellington Borges. Guaranii FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-5. The crowd rose to their feet as Kaká Hoffmann kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Wellington Borges. That made the score 2-6 in the 84 minute of play. Wellington Borges made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Toninho Neves in the 87th minute of play. With a little luck, Guaranii FC's Wellington Borges got control of the ball when Ronaldinho do Nascimento tried to sneak it across the goal line. 91 minutes into the match, Eriberto Simão had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Wellington Borges. Guaranii FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Eriberto Simão was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-7. In the 95th minute, Teodoro Salles got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The Guaranii FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Tamoata SC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
