Jarbas Diniz hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. Luan Quintal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tibúrcio Gonçalves, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 31st minute Tibúrcio Gonçalves shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luan Quintal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tibúrcio Gonçalves received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Luan Quintal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Luiz Guilherme Sampaio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Luiz Guilherme Sampaio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Faustão Passos was the one to do the kick off. If Luiz Guilherme Sampaio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luiz Guilherme Sampaio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Crissiumal's Tibúrcio Gonçalves got a good chance for a goal in the 66th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Serieme's Nelsinho Lago in the 71st minute got a chance for a shot 71st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Crissiumal's goalie prevented a goal. In the 74th match minute, Serieme was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Norberto Mattos to maneuver through the defense. Luan Quintal didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 82nd minute, which inside left pole to 1-1. Cássio de Alcântara kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. Jean Moreno was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 90th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal.
