Enio Mesquita's late challenge caught a Facebook Futebol Clube's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Enio Mesquita helped the player get up and apologised. In the 29th match minute, Juari SS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Enio Mesquita to maneuver through the defense. In the 38th minute the ball was on its way in behind Facebook Futebol Clube's goalkeeper Jailson Fonseca, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Abelardo de Lima recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Michel Silveira was the one to do the kick off. Dedé Salles acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 54th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Diego Rossi.
