Spectators: 5710 (Terracing: 4500, Seating: 1200, VIP seats: 10) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Nestor da Costa made the kick off which started today's match. In the 3rd match minute, BH Mavericks™ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nestor da Costa to maneuver through the defense. William Rocha took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Umberto Nogueira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. César Custódio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Armandinho Catarinense in the 6th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 7th minute, Clemente Meirelles managed to get in a good position for a shot. Camburi's supporters rose to their feet, but Clemente Meirelles was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. William Rocha breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Umberto Nogueira in the 11th minute of play forced BH Mavericks™'s goalkeeper William Rocha to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 13th minute, Camburi's Luciano Sousa dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Camburi's César Custódio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Armandinho Catarinense in the 16th minute of play. Clemente Meirelles received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. William Rocha tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. César Custódio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Armandinho Catarinense, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. When Nestor da Costa came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the BH Mavericks™ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nestor da Costa couldn't finish the play. Nestor da Costa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without César Custódio having to interfere. César Custódio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Armandinho Catarinense in the 27th minute of play. 28 minutes into the game, BH Mavericks™'s Nestor da Costa nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. César Custódio made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Armandinho Catarinense struck a weak shot in the 30th minute. César Custódio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for BH Mavericks™. César Custódio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nestor da Costa, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. 33 minutes into the game, Luciano Sousa was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Camburi's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave BH Mavericks™ the free kick. The supporters of BH Mavericks™ booed when Camburi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luciano Sousa didn't get a good kick on the ball. Umberto Nogueira might have been able to make a better finish in the 42nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over William Rocha. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Umberto Nogueira ran back to his position shaking his head. 46 minutes into the match, BH Mavericks™'s goal looked a bit too open when Umberto Nogueira came free, but William Rocha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The goalkeeper, William Rocha, was totally fooled by Camburi's Luciano Sousa, who 47 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side.

After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Umberto Nogueira managed to get in a good position for a shot. Camburi's supporters rose to their feet, but Umberto Nogueira was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. William Rocha breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Umberto Nogueira blasted a shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without William Rocha having to make a save. Clemente Meirelles fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without William Rocha having to interfere. César Custódio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nestor da Costa in the 66th minute of the match. César Custódio made a fantastic save in the 68th minute, when Armandinho Catarinense sent off a good shot on target. 71 minutes into the match, BH Mavericks™'s goal looked a bit too open when Umberto Nogueira came free, but William Rocha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nestor da Costa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without César Custódio having to interfere. Vinícius Magalhães kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. With a little luck, Camburi's César Custódio got control of the ball when Armandinho Catarinense tried to sneak it across the goal line. William Rocha showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luciano Sousa, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. BH Mavericks™'s William Rocha played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Clemente Meirelles in the 83rd minute of play. Luciano Sousa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. William Rocha stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Umberto Nogueira's shot from short distance in the 87th minute. Luciano Sousa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but William Rocha read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 94th minute of play. There was no doubt that Camburi were the better team. Camburi's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
