Camburi's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Crissiumal the free kick. César Custódio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luiz Guilherme Sampaio in the 7th minute of the match. After 8 played minutes Camburi got a freekick which was hit by Ernesto Rossi. If Umberto Nogueira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luciano Sousa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 17th minute of the match, but Erasmo Montenegro made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Umberto Nogueira in the 19th minute of play forced Crissiumal's goalkeeper Erasmo Montenegro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Tibúrcio Gonçalves came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the Crissiumal fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tibúrcio Gonçalves couldn't finish the play. If Tibúrcio Gonçalves had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tibúrcio Gonçalves received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. César Custódio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 25 minutes into the match, Camburi's goal looked a bit too open when Tibúrcio Gonçalves came free, but César Custódio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ernesto Rossi was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 27 minutes into the match. Jean Moreno scored 0-1 in the 29th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of César Custódio, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Cauan Camargo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. Douglas Leal hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. The Camburi players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Crissiumal were winning 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Clemente Meirelles to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Hélder de Godoy hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. César Custódio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tibúrcio Gonçalves in the 60th minute of the match. Camburi's César Custódio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Chico Ferraz in the 63rd minute of play. Cauan Camargo's late challenge caught a Crissiumal's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cauan Camargo helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Camburi getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Cauan Camargo hit a great ball. Válbson de Lara kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. Camburi's Cauan Camargo got a good chance for a goal in the 75th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Cauan Camargo scored 1-1 in the 77th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Erasmo Montenegro, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The crowd rose to their feet as Tibúrcio Gonçalves kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving César Custódio. That made the score 1-2 in the 86 minute of play. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Crissiumal had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
