Juventus Futsal's Osvaldinho Fontes got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a little luck, Amapa's Vitório Faria got control of the ball when Osvaldinho Fontes tried to sneak it across the goal line. 26 minutes into the match, Amapa's goalkeeper Vitório Faria had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Osvaldinho Fontes. The audience was convinced that Chiquinho Britto's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Vitório Faria was relentless in the 28th minute of the game. Chiquinho Britto's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Vitório Faria read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 32nd minute of play. Juventus Futsal's Edmílson de Azevedo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ronaldo Salgado in the 44th minute of play. Tony Rodrigues kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. Vitório Faria made a fantastic save in the 47th minute, when Osvaldinho Fontes sent off a good shot on target. In the 47th match minute, Amapa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tony Rodrigues to maneuver through the defense. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Chiquinho Britto to make the kick off. Kléber de Medeiros hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. A collision led to Juventus Futsal getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Rubinho Andrade hit a great ball. In the 62nd minute, Kléber de Medeiros hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Osvaldinho Fontes struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Vitório Faria didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Juventus Futsal. 71 minutes into the match, Juventus Futsal's Osvaldinho Fontes sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Vitório Faria narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Osvaldinho Fontes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vitório Faria having to interfere.
