Ronaldo Salgado succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 12th playminute. 21 minutes into the match, Família Silva FC's goalkeeper Luís Paulo Cordeiro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Marcel da Silveira. Tony Rodrigues fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luís Paulo Cordeiro having to interfere. Família Silva FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 35th minute, when Luís da Silveira scored to the left of an out of position Luís Paulo Cordeiro, making the score, 2-0. In the 40th minute, Luís Gustavo Saldanha sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Família Silva FC's Luís Paulo Cordeiro didn't even have to move. Ronaldo Salgado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luís Paulo Cordeiro having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Luís da Silveira stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Enio Leme recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Família Silva FC's Luís Paulo Cordeiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ronaldo Salgado in the 54th minute of play. Luís da Silveira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luís Paulo Cordeiro having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ronaldo Salgado in the 62nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Luís Paulo Cordeiro saved Família Silva FC from getting behind. Luís da Silveira might have been able to make a better finish in the 63rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Luís Paulo Cordeiro. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Luís da Silveira ran back to his position shaking his head. Luís da Silveira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Luís Paulo Cordeiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the Família Silva FC defense, Ronaldo Salgado kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Luís Paulo Cordeiro. The Família Silva FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Luís Paulo Cordeiro should have stopped the shot. Luís da Silveira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Luís Paulo Cordeiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Amapa fully deserved thier win.
