Spectators: 7358 (Terracing: 5519, Seating: 1692, VIP seats: 147) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Vitório Baptista started the match with the kick off. When Fellipe Loyola fell near the penalty area in the 6th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Allejo 7's protests and gave Fellipe Loyola a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Allejo 7 getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Claudinei Recife hit a great ball. Alessandro Souza took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cássio Velloso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 12 minutes, Cássio Velloso managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Allejo 7's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cássio Velloso was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 1-0 became the score in the 16th minute when Cássio Velloso elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Cássio Velloso recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some careless play in the Guarulhos defense, Cássio Velloso kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Alessandro Souza. The Guarulhos fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alessandro Souza should have stopped the shot. After 27 minutes, Geraldo Viana mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Guarulhos and the Allejo 7 players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Allejo 7 booed when Guarulhos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Geraldo Viana didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cássio Velloso struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. Alessandro Souza didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Allejo 7. 35 minutes into the match, Guarulhos's goal looked a bit too open when Cássio Velloso came free, but Alessandro Souza reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 36th minute Cássio Velloso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alessandro Souza saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Juninho Fernandes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Juninho Fernandes hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Cássio Velloso was the one to do the kick off. Bernardinho Simão recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Claudinei Recife received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Alessandro Souza tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alessandro Souza came out of the goal in the 68th minute to try and stop a shot by Allejo 7's Cássio Velloso. But to his dismay, Cássio Velloso quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 72nd minute, Cássio Velloso managed to get in a good position for a shot. Allejo 7's supporters rose to their feet, but Cássio Velloso was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alessandro Souza breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Allejo 7 booed when Guarulhos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vitório Baptista didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Allejo 7 getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Juninho Fernandes hit a great ball. After having played for 77 minutes, Cássio Velloso managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Allejo 7's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cássio Velloso was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Juninho Fernandes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cássio Velloso struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. Alessandro Souza didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Allejo 7. A collision led to Guarulhos getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Nilmar de Alcântara hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cássio Velloso in the 85th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alessandro Souza prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Cássio Velloso struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Alessandro Souza didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Allejo 7. In the 90th minute, Geraldo Viana hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Guarulhos booed when Allejo 7 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bernardinho Simão didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Guarulhos's zone, Cássio Velloso stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alessandro Souza came out of the goal and Cássio Velloso tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the referee ended the match the Allejo 7 players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
