Spectators: 7234 (Terracing: 5427, Seating: 1664, VIP seats: 143) Raposa's Germano Montenegro started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If Paulinho de Almeida had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Wiliam Tavares stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Régis Vale's shot from short distance in the 12th minute. In the 14th minute Paulinho de Almeida shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Renan Chaves saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 16 played minutes Raposa got a freekick which was hit by Germano Montenegro. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Régis Vale in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Wiliam Tavares saved Raposa from getting behind. If Sílvio Gomes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, Régis Vale managed to get in a good position for a shot. Galena's supporters rose to their feet, but Régis Vale was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Wiliam Tavares breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Renan Chaves came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by Raposa's Paulinho de Almeida. But to his dismay, Paulinho de Almeida quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Renan Chaves took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paulinho de Almeida, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Germano Montenegro in the 31st minute of play forced Galena's goalkeeper Renan Chaves to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, Germano Montenegro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Raposa's supporters rose to their feet, but Germano Montenegro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Renan Chaves breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 37 minutes into the match, Raposa's Paulinho de Almeida sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Renan Chaves narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Paulinho de Almeida fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Renan Chaves having to interfere.

After some careless play in the Raposa defense, Sílvio Gomes kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Wiliam Tavares. The Raposa fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Wiliam Tavares should have stopped the shot. Germano Montenegro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Renan Chaves made a fantastic save in the 60th minute, when Paulinho de Almeida sent off a good shot on target. Sílvio Gomes kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. Régis Vale sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 64 minutes into the game, Christian Fontes was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Raposa's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Galena the free kick. In the 65th minute, Christian Fontes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Galena's Renan Chaves proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 70th minute of the match, managed to save Galena from getting a goal against them. Wesley Ortiz kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. Renan Chaves made a fantastic save in the 76th minute, when Paulinho de Almeida sent off a good shot on target. Renan Chaves took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Germano Montenegro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Paulinho de Almeida's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Renan Chaves read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 80th minute of play. 91 minutes into the match, Raposa's goal looked a bit too open when Régis Vale came free, but Wiliam Tavares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 96th match minute, Galena was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Betão de Lima to maneuver through the defense. Paulinho de Almeida struck a weak shot in the 97th minute. Renan Chaves didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Raposa. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
