Deivid Correia was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 10 minutes into the match. After 10 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for ibirarema f.c! Friburguense FC's Eduardo Sanches got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 18 minutes into the game, Luiz Eduardo Teles cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Nelson Saraiva was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Nilton Carvalho's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jacinto Porto read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 23rd minute of play. In the 25th minute, Luiz Eduardo Teles ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nelson Saraiva was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. Jacinto Porto was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Eduardo Sanches in the 84th minute of play forced ibirarema f.c's goalkeeper Nelson Saraiva to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
