Burituranas FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave PIRANGI the free kick. A collision led to Burituranas FC getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Luan Vianna was the one to do the kick off. After 52 minutes of play, PIRANGI's Luan Vianna made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Vágner Soares was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Luan Vianna came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the PIRANGI fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luan Vianna couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Burituranas FC's zone, Alberto Tinoco stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vágner Soares came out of the goal and Alberto Tinoco tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 61 minutes into the game, Luan Vianna cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Vágner Soares was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alberto Tinoco in the 64th minute of play forced Burituranas FC's goalkeeper Vágner Soares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alberto Tinoco recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some careless play in the Burituranas FC defense, Alberto Tinoco kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Vágner Soares. The Burituranas FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Vágner Soares should have stopped the shot. Vágner Soares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberto Tinoco in the 81st minute of play. Burituranas FC's Vágner Soares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alberto Tinoco in the 83rd minute of play. Burituranas FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0. There was no doubt that PIRANGI were the better team.
