Spectators: 7188 (Terracing: 5393, Seating: 1653, VIP seats: 142) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Renatinho Salles made the kick off which started today's match. 8 minutes into the match, Palame's goal looked a bit too open when Rômulo Velasco came free, but Murilo Guedes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Caco Velasco managed to get in a good position for a shot. BressanDick FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Caco Velasco was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Murilo Guedes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 12thth minute of the game Renatinho Salles who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Palame's Murilo Guedes was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Renatinho Salles came up free with the goalie in the 14th minute, the BressanDick FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Renatinho Salles couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Palame's Luiz Eduardo Silveira got a free kick in the 15th minute. A collision led to BressanDick FC getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Samuca Vianna hit a great ball. In the 27th minute, Gil Prata hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 28 played minutes BressanDick FC got a freekick which was hit by Beto Hoffmann. In the 30th minute Gil Prata shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rui Carvalho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Palame defense, Renatinho Salles kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Murilo Guedes. The Palame fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Murilo Guedes should have stopped the shot. After 34 played minutes BressanDick FC got a freekick which was hit by Caco Velasco. Murilo Guedes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rômulo Velasco in the 37th minute of play. The corner led to BressanDick FC's Beto Hoffmann getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Palame's Murilo Guedes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Renatinho Salles in the 42nd minute of play. After having played for 43 minutes, Rômulo Velasco managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. BressanDick FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rômulo Velasco was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 45 minutes into the match, BressanDick FC's Caco Velasco broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. After the first half BressanDick FC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

BressanDick FC's Rui Carvalho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gil Prata in the 52nd minute of play. Renatinho Salles took the ball and in the 56 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Murilo Guedes. Murilo Guedes dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Renatinho Salles sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rui Carvalho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gil Prata in the 63rd minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 64th minute, Caco Velasco managed to get in a good position for a shot. BressanDick FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Caco Velasco was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Palame's Murilo Guedes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 71st minute of the match, managed to save Palame from getting a goal against them. Murilo Guedes stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Renatinho Salles's shot from short distance in the 77th minute. Caco Velasco struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Murilo Guedes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for BressanDick FC. BressanDick FC's Renatinho Salles got a good chance for a goal in the 79th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Palame's Carlos Godoi got a free kick in the 81st minute. Renatinho Salles could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Murilo Guedes made a huge save. After 87 minutes Palame's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Renatinho Salles who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Beto Hoffmann got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Murilo Guedes quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Renatinho Salles fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Murilo Guedes having to interfere. When Caco Velasco came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the BressanDick FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Caco Velasco couldn't finish the play. If Rômulo Velasco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. BressanDick FC played a much better game than Palame and deserved their victory. The Palame players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
