In the 20th minute Ebelechukwu Caballeiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Igor Godoi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 22 minutes into the match, Burituranas FC's goalkeeper Vágner Soares had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Laércio Bueno. Burituranas FC's Ebelechukwu Caballeiro got a good chance for a goal in the 59th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Faustão Toscano made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 60thth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Igor Godoi would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. Bagacera Futebol Clube's Erasmo Donato got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Laércio Bueno had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Burituranas FC's Vágner Soares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Diamantino França in the 76th minute of play. In the 87th minute the ball was on its way in behind Bagacera Futebol Clube's goalkeeper Igor Godoi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Faustão Toscano's late challenge caught a Bagacera Futebol Clube's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Faustão Toscano helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Burituranas FC getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Faustão Toscano hit a great ball. Ebelechukwu Caballeiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Igor Godoi having to interfere. Faustão Toscano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Bagacera Futebol Clube's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
