Falcão Messias took the ball and in the 11 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pedro Luís Maranhense. Pedro Luís Maranhense dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Falcão Messias in the 15thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Pedro Luís Maranhense, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. A collision led to Alcance Futebol Clube getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Aloísio Berger hit a great ball. After 18 played minutes Alcance Futebol Clube got a freekick which was hit by Sílvio Luiz Hoffmann. After 19 minutes of play, GALO 13™'s Falcão Messias made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Pedro Luís Maranhense was left in no man's land by his defense there! 23 minutes into the match, Alcance Futebol Clube's goalkeeper Pedro Luís Maranhense had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Falcão Messias. A hard shot 26 in the game by Falcão Messias from a close distance when the talented Pedro Luís Maranhense managed to make a qualified save. Alcance Futebol Clube's players were relieved. Hélder Travassos could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Pedro Luís Maranhense made a huge save. Pedro Luís Maranhense took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paulo Maciel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Renan Mangueira came out of the goal in the 48th minute to try and stop a shot by Alcance Futebol Clube's Sílvio Luiz Hoffmann. But to his dismay, Sílvio Luiz Hoffmann quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Falcão Messias made the kick off in the second half. Giuseppe Mattos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Pedro Luís Maranhense showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paulo Maciel in the 66th minute of the match. During the 70th minute of the match Sílvio Luiz Hoffmann completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Sílvio Luiz Hoffmann a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Sílvio Luiz Hoffmann hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the Alcance Futebol Clube defense, Falcão Messias kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Pedro Luís Maranhense. The Alcance Futebol Clube fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Pedro Luís Maranhense should have stopped the shot.
