The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 3 minutes of play, Loud F.C's Horácio Ferreira made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rubinho Coelho was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a defensive mix-up in Mariola's zone, Horácio Ferreira stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rubinho Coelho came out of the goal and Horácio Ferreira tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 10th match minute, Mariola was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edgar Fernandez to maneuver through the defense. When the match had gone on for 13 minutes, Horácio Ferreira put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Rubinho Coelho. The audience was convinced that Horácio Ferreira's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rubinho Coelho was relentless in the 16th minute of the game. Johnny Watson might have been able to make a better finish in the 17th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rubinho Coelho. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Johnny Watson ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 20th minute, Loud F.C's Horácio Ferreira ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Rubinho Coelho. Rubinho Coelho yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-0. Horácio Ferreira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With an all-out effort, Loud F.C's Rubinho Coelho threw himself towards the right post 25 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Natanael Vinhas, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Rubinho Coelho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Horácio Ferreira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Natanael Vinhas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 36th minute the ball was on its way in behind Mariola's goalkeeper Rubinho Coelho, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Rubinho Coelho made an important save on a dangerous shot by Zülfü Sağlam in the 39th minute. If Zülfü Sağlam had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Hortêncio Quintal made a kick off. In the 57th minute, Zülfü Sağlam ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rubinho Coelho was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. In the 60th minute, Horácio Ferreira made a precise shot to the right of Rubinho Coelho. Mariola's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. After a defensive mix-up in Mariola's zone, Amauri de Godoi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rubinho Coelho came out of the goal and Amauri de Godoi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Loud F.C's Zülfü Sağlam got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 74 minutes into the match, Mariola's goal looked a bit too open when 하 대 came free, but Rubinho Coelho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 75th match minute, Loud F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pedro Luís Dracena to maneuver through the defense. 하 대 recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 하 대 received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Rubinho Coelho tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Mariola's Alfredinho Campidelis got a free kick in the 80th minute. Zülfü Sağlam's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rubinho Coelho read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 82nd minute of play. 82 minutes into the game, Loud F.C's Zülfü Sağlam nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rubinho Coelho made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-0. Rubinho Coelho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Horácio Ferreira, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. It was a well-played corner which Arturo Seme managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Loud F.C's Zülfü Sağlam got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Mariola's Rubinho Coelho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 하 대 in the 90th minute of play. In the 92nd minute Horácio Ferreira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rubinho Coelho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Loud F.C had played much better football throughout.
