Spectators: 7246 (Terracing: 5436, Seating: 1666, VIP seats: 144) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Albertinho Félix kicked off to start the match. After a defensive mix-up in Pantanal FC's zone, Sydney Paraense stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Giovani do Vale came out of the goal and Sydney Paraense tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Sydney Paraense sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Blue F.C. fans' excitement grew in the 9th match minute when Blue F.C.'s Rony Chaves looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Giovani do Vale was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Sydney Paraense showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 12 minute of play. Luís Gustavo Teixeira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adem Seyran having to interfere. Adem Seyran showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Albertinho Félix in the 21st minute of the match. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Sydney Paraense to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52ndth minute of the game Sydney Paraense who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pantanal FC's Giovani do Vale was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Rony Chaves struck a weak shot in the 54th minute. Giovani do Vale didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Blue F.C.. Luís Gustavo Teixeira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. After having played for 62 minutes, Sydney Paraense managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Blue F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Sydney Paraense was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sydney Paraense in the 66th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Giovani do Vale prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 69th match minute, Pantanal FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rafa Amorim to maneuver through the defense. In the 70th minute of the match Conrado Breckenfeld sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Giovani do Vale skillfully saved the ball. After 80 minutes, Elder Meireles mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pantanal FC and the Blue F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. If Rony Chaves had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 87th minute Rony Chaves shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Giovani do Vale saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 89 minutes into the match, Pantanal FC's goal looked a bit too open when Rony Chaves came free, but Giovani do Vale reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sydney Paraense fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Giovani do Vale having to interfere. In the 95th minute, Rony Chaves got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Blue F.C. had played much better football throughout.
