Spectators: 6600 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 100) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Elano Severo got the match started through his kick off. Capanga SS's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Nesca10 FC the free kick. In the 5th minute, one of Capanga SS:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Capanga SS. Manuel Pires recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ernani Meirelles in the 16th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Anísio Teixeira prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 17th minute, Sílvio Luís Araújo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Sílvio Luís Araújo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Anísio Teixeira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Ernani Meirelles had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sílvio Luís Araújo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Sílvio Luís Araújo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nesca10 FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Sílvio Luís Araújo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Anísio Teixeira breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Leonardo Netto hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. The supporters of Capanga SS booed when Nesca10 FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leonardo Netto didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 71st minute the ball was on its way in behind Nesca10 FC's goalkeeper Gonçalo Messias, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sílvio Luís Araújo in the 73rd minute of play forced Capanga SS's goalkeeper Anísio Teixeira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ernani Meirelles received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Anísio Teixeira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Elano Severo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gonçalo Messias read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 90th minute of play. Capanga SS's Anísio Teixeira proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 94th minute of the match, managed to save Capanga SS from getting a goal against them. In the 95th minute, Hudson Mattos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nesca10 FC played a much better game than Capanga SS and deserved their victory. The Capanga SS players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
