In the 8th match minute, Th90 Sports was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gil Aparecido to maneuver through the defense. In the 10th minute, Sousel EC's Tiaguinho Ramalho ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Vicente Rodrigues. Vicente Rodrigues yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. After having played for 13 minutes, Geovânio Tasso managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Th90 Sports's supporters crossed their fingers, but Geovânio Tasso was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 15th minute, Aílton Senna managed to get in a good position for a shot. Th90 Sports's supporters rose to their feet, but Aílton Senna was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vágner Félix breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 18thth minute of the game Geovânio Tasso who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sousel EC's Vágner Félix was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Geovânio Tasso in the 19th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vágner Félix prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Vágner Félix took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Geovânio Tasso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 27 minutes into the match, Sousel EC's goal looked a bit too open when Pedro Favoretto came free, but Vágner Félix reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Sousel EC's zone, Pedro Favoretto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vágner Félix came out of the goal and Pedro Favoretto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 32 minutes into the match, Sousel EC's goal looked a bit too open when Geovânio Tasso came free, but Vágner Félix reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vágner Félix showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pedro Favoretto, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. After 34 minutes, Geovânio Tasso made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. Sousel EC's Vágner Félix tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. If Pedro Favoretto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 40 minutes into the game, Geovânio Tasso cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Vágner Félix was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Geovânio Tasso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. If Pedro Favoretto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 63 minutes, Flavinho de Brito mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sousel EC and the Th90 Sports players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Sousel EC getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Flavinho de Brito hit a great ball. Geovânio Tasso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Vágner Félix tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Zé Pedro Azevedo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Vágner Félix made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Geovânio Tasso in the 81st minute of play. Pedro Favoretto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Vágner Félix tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 85thth minute of the game Geovânio Tasso who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sousel EC's Vágner Félix was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience was convinced that Pedro Favoretto's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Vágner Félix was relentless in the 87th minute of the game. After 90 played minutes Geovânio Tasso rounded Sousel EC's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-4. The Sousel EC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Th90 Sports were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
