Evaristo Rodrigues succeeded in the game's 18th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-2. After 23 played minutes Santastico FC got a freekick which was hit by Dalmo Siqueira. Vladimir Freitas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Evaristo Rodrigues made the kick off in the second half. The crowd rose to their feet as Santastico FC's Evaristo Rodrigues slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Duarte Saldanha. That made the score 0-5 after 58 minutes of play. Juvenal Leite scored 0-8 in the 73rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Duarte Saldanha, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, Juvenal Leite managed to get in a good position for a shot. Santastico FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Juvenal Leite was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Duarte Saldanha breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Duarte Saldanha showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Evaristo Rodrigues in the 81st minute of the match. 83 minutes into the game, Evaristo Rodrigues recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Duarte Saldanha. Evaristo Rodrigues showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-9. Duarte Saldanha was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
