Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Carlos Cabral kicked off to start the match. Sérgio Urbano made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when Erasmo Araújo sent off a good shot on target. Erasmo Araújo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sérgio Urbano having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Carlos Cabral's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cássio Bittencourt was relentless in the 29th minute of the game. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Víktor Andrade stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Erasmo Araújo came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the Acarape fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Erasmo Araújo couldn't finish the play. After 58 played minutes Lapa got a freekick which was hit by Gugu Braga. After taking down the ball on Acarape's corner Thiago Zanette fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Sérgio Urbano quite easily take care of the ball. Carlos Cabral might have been able to make a better finish in the 64th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cássio Bittencourt. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Carlos Cabral ran back to his position shaking his head. Víktor Andrade received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Sérgio Urbano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With his leg Cássio Bittencourt managed to avoid a goal in the 72ndth minute, when Lapa's Carlos Cabral fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 74th minute, Gugu Braga got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 75 minutes, Erasmo Araújo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Acarape's supporters crossed their fingers, but Erasmo Araújo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Carlos Cabral received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Cássio Bittencourt came out and tried to block the shot, but Carlos Cabral slotted it home off the left post making it 0-3 in the 77th minute. Sérgio Urbano stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Erasmo Araújo's shot from short distance in the 84th minute. After having played for 93 minutes, José Pedro Cardozo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lapa's supporters crossed their fingers, but José Pedro Cardozo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
