During the 67th minute of the match Anderson Peixoto completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The crowd rose to their feet as Wágner Matos kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Cléberson Paraíba. That made the score 0-5 in the 72 minute of play. When the match had gone on for 76 minutes, Benicio Hustaz put it in 0-6 from a short distance just to the right of Cléberson Paraíba. Linus Stålman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Grêmio's zone, Ricardinho Monteiro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Toilettendeckel F.C.'s Cléberson Paraíba played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wágner Matos in the 86th minute of play. If Linus Stålman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 96th minute of the match, Linus Stålman got a very nice opportunity to score, but Cléberson Paraíba was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Benicio Hustaz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Cléberson Paraíba tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Toilettendeckel F.C. fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Grêmio were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
