Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Acarape's Erasmo Araújo started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Acácio Coutinho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Bruninho da Silva's late challenge caught a Acarape's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bruninho da Silva helped the player get up and apologised. Bruninho da Silva hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. A hard shot by Thiago Zanette from long distance, 10 minutes into the match, got Mateus Urbano's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. In the 11th minute, Giovanni Messias got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Acácio Coutinho succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 15th playminute. With a little luck, Ilhota's Mateus Urbano got control of the ball when Acácio Coutinho tried to sneak it across the goal line. Acácio Coutinho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Mateus Urbano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 26 played minutes Acarape got a freekick which was hit by Erasmo Araújo. João Vítor Gonçalves received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Cássio Bittencourt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Fernandão Furlan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cássio Bittencourt was relentless in the 35th minute of the game. Ilhota's Mateus Urbano proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 38th minute of the match, managed to save Ilhota from getting a goal against them. Erasmo Araújo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 82nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Ilhota's goalkeeper Mateus Urbano, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ilhota's Mateus Urbano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erasmo Araújo in the 83rd minute of play. If Acácio Coutinho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 87th minute, Erasmo Araújo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mateus Urbano was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. When the match clock showed 96 minutes, the score became 4-0 when Erasmo Araújo sped through Ilhota's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Mateus Urbano. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Acarape had played much better football throughout.
