After having played for 3 minutes, Pedrinho Aguiar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pé de Rato F.C's supporters crossed their fingers, but Pedrinho Aguiar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Rogério Perez blasted a shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Augusto Alcântara having to make a save. Augusto Alcântara took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rogério Perez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 16th minute Rogério Perez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Augusto Alcântara saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dé Viana charged in rather forcefully in the 19th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dé Viana the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Luvirtual's Amílton Dante proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to save Luvirtual from getting a goal against them. 31 minutes into the game, Pé de Rato F.C's Pedrinho Aguiar nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Amílton Dante made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Pedrinho Aguiar's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Amílton Dante read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 39th minute of play. If Carlinhos Prata had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Carlinhos Prata made the kick off in the second half. Carlinhos Prata scored 2-0 in the 51st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Amílton Dante, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 56 minutes into the game, Ricardo Corrêa was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Pé de Rato F.C's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Luvirtual the free kick. Pedrinho Aguiar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Pedrinho Aguiar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 67th match minute, Luvirtual was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Diogo Chaves to maneuver through the defense. Amílton Dante showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carlinhos Prata, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Deivid Galvão during the 80th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 81st match minute, Luvirtual was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Deivid Galvão to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pedrinho Aguiar in the 82nd minute of play forced Luvirtual's goalkeeper Amílton Dante to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Carlinhos Prata fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amílton Dante having to interfere. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Pé de Rato F.C fully deserved thier win.
