Reginaldo Camargo was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but João Pedro Moraes showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-3 in the 57 minute of play. In the 60th minute, Gois's Lauro da Silveira ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Reginaldo Camargo. Reginaldo Camargo came out of the goal and Lauro da Silveira tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 71st minute, Emanuel Vergílio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 71 minutes into the match, Gois's Lauro da Silveira broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Reginaldo Camargo was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but João Pedro Moraes showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-5 in the 73 minute of play. Reginaldo Camargo was a little too slow when Lauro da Silveira got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 79th minute. The score was now 2-6. Reginaldo Camargo made an important save on a dangerous shot by João Pedro Moraes in the 86th minute. 91 minutes into the match, Magu SC's goal looked a bit too open when Edmundo Braga came free, but Reginaldo Camargo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 92nd minute, João Pedro Moraes reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Reginaldo Camargo. The goal made the score 2-7. Gois's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
